girlrock 1. steam games
i've fallen into a bad habit of randomly buying games in my wishlist whenever there's a big promo so i have a ton of stuff i need to play now... in no particular order:
— alba: a wildlife adventure (orig $17, got it for $4)
— down in bermuda (orig $20, got it for $2)
— untitled goose game (orig $20, got it for $9)
— a tiny sticker tale
— assemble with care
— frog detective
— snufkin: melody of moominvalley
i somehow never played ugg even when it was viral a few years back so i'm excited to try it soon! and there are upcoming games that i'm looking forward to too *__* (ritual of raven from the devs who did sticky business...)
otherwise the main games i play are fom + i still do my daily in a little to the left just because lol even though i've finished it and all the dlcs now too TT haven't touched mistria since before the big update which i'm eager to explore (yay mounts!!! and the house upgrade is fun but i have bigger things to work on before i get to furniture decoration... i really need to fix my farm layout lol) so just gotta get back into that soon
2. pikmin bloom
i wanted to make a beginner's guide 2 pikmin bloom post but i got lazy T__T maybe later... anyway it's so fun to have friends you can play this together with i really feel connected whenever we battle the same ugly mushrooms in our neighborhoods with the same fuck ass postcards every single day 💗 i started playing in september when i visited risa but since then we got arlene and froggy and jess to start playing too and i've roped my family in and some other oomfs LMFAO. i grinded all the nov rewards and also planted excessively so i could afford this pink sweater i wanted from the store but i'm honestly so ready for december <3 some of the stuff looks saurrr cute
my completed sets 🥺 i'm so pitiful i have so many that are just missing one... but almost done with rare restaurant decor i only need like 500 points now :')
also stopped caring about roadsides early on but then it kept bothering me that i was only missing 4-5 random ones and not all of the seedlings were yellowed out so i couldn't throw them away indiscriminately which is why i finally committed to finishing the set... only have 1 more to raise now and then i'll be forever free 😭 so excited
3. 2chi updates
tomorrow will be a month since their adoption and i am sooo full of love and fondness for them all the time it's crazy!! do they know how much i love them seriously T__T i will do anything for them... including spending exorbitant amounts of money on their precious wet kitten food :sob:
reading back on the one post i made about them makes me happy because things have really only just gotten better and i feel so lucky to have the 2 wonderful girls i do... i always think about how they were dumped outside the shelter by themselves and not with a bigger litter and i'm so glad i could keep them (4 month old bonded sister pairing) together and i just love how much their personalities round each other out :') when i adopted them i was told that mochi is the adventurous + curious one while lychee is a lot more shy and likes to hide under furniture and usually follows mochi's lead before she warms up to people... which is mostly true and i personally love shy cats so even if lychee had always stayed a bit skittish (tbh she was never really skittish in a stray/feral way either like they were both rly well socialized, she's just a bit more cautiously shy) and never really wanted to cuddle i would have been 100% fine with it but the way lychee has totally come out of her shell now and the fact that she stopped hiding under places after only like 3 days makes me 😭😭😭
like mochi was the first to get used to my bed and start taking naps there and is very crazy and playful and loves to lick people and play fetch with her toys like a puppy whereas lychee is a much more traditional Cat but she is SO sweet and cuddly now it literally makes me cry 😭 also she is such a model citizen i am so lucky to have her... like she isn't a picky eater, immediately likes all the cat furniture i get her, plays with all her toys, doesn't bite EVER (even playful nips), is super gentle and calm and lets me rub her belly and trim her nails etc., and most importantly DOESN'T wake me up at 6am every morning by walking all over me and rubbing her butt in my face like mochi does lmfaoo. mochi is so cute and sweet but i feel like lychee understands not to bother me until it's light out and waits patiently for me to feed her breakfast... what did i do to deserve such an angel........ and most of all while mochi really likes sleeping in my bed she usually just kind of cuddles in my lap or by my legs whereas lychee has become a Scarf Cat and loves curling up on my chest and lying over my shoulder with a paw on my face and is sooo fweakingggg cute she'll just be in my arms watching f1 or youtube or whatever i'm watching like a mesmerized ipad kid :( not to mention they're both purr machines but lychee is particularly aggressive about it like i love to watch quali while this little car engine kneads my sleeves and snuggles up with me 😭
